How well do people remember facts about the American government?

I traveled around Bioscience High School and asked students and teachers there questions about our government. I asked them to name the president and vice president and also asked if they could recall famous dates from our nation’s past.

Bioscience is a STEM-based school that allows students to explore many subjects and helps them solve community problems. While science, math and engineering may be the school’s main focus, most people I talked to did seem to know the answers to basic civics questions.
